The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics, a strong portfolio, and excellent English communication. Role Description

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferably in Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Design and other related departments
Over 3 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics, particularly in the business of mobile and web digital products
Passionate about global design trends and bringing fresh ideas to projects and the team
Proven portfolio of projects
Previous experience working with AI-powered creative tools such as Higgsfield, Seedance, Nanobanana, and CapCut
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

Hands on creation of engaging visual assets including video ads, images, and other online advertising media units
Work together as the whole Growth Team to understand what creatives perform better based on the data and brainstorm on the next creative concepts and ideas to be produced
Transfer key marketing initiatives into high-quality consumer facing visuals
Constantly think outside of the box to inspire change with new testing ideas
