Job summary

Stoikk is seeking a Marketing Artist—a visual storyteller who can translate ideas, emotions, and brand values into compelling imagery. You’ll shape how the world experiences our products through videos, banners, and dynamic assets that fuel user acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more.

You'll collaborate with the Growth Team to analyze performance data, prototype bold concepts, and push creative boundaries with AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visually impactful and data-driven marketing creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Passion for global design and motion trends, coupled with curiosity to explore AI-powered creative tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Create high-impact marketing visuals — produce engaging video ads, static creatives, and digital assets that drive user acquisition across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, ASA, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with the Growth Team to analyze creative performance data, identify patterns, and brainstorm next-generation concepts that improve conversion and engagement.
• Turn marketing goals into visual stories that strengthen Stoikk’s brand and attract new users.
• Stay ahead of creative trends and audience behaviors to inspire new tests.
• Experiment with new AI workflows to enhance quality, speed, and creative expression — exploring emerging tools that redefine how we create.
• Continuously innovate and think outside the box, proposing fresh visual directions, formats, and storytelling techniques for A/B testing.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality, maintaining the highest creative standards across all visuals and campaigns.

Required skills you’ll need to succeed

• A strong portfolio showcasing visually impactful and data-driven marketing creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — particularly After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Passion for global design and motion trends, coupled with curiosity to explore AI-powered creative tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, and an eagerness to work in a fast‑paced, experimental, and team‑oriented environment.
