Job summary

Dauch in Istanbul, Türkiye, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to enhance equipment reliability, optimize maintenance and lead capital investment projects. You will drive automation and digital transformation across manufacturing operations, while improving throughput and reducing downtime.

The role requires 2–3 years in manufacturing engineering with strong TPM, Capex, and project management skills; English fluency is essential, and you will reside on the European side of Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 2–3 years in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, automation or capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management, equipment reliability and TPM.
• English fluency written and spoken.
• Military service completed for male candidates.
• Based in Istanbul European side.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment reliability, machine availability, and maintenance performance.
• Develop, implement, and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Reduce unplanned downtime and eliminate root causes of recurring failures.
• Lead Capex roadmap and manage investment projects from concept to implementation.
• Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Identify production bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage factory layout optimization, manufacturing flow and new line installations.
• Lead energy efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and engineering standards.
