Job summary

complead, formerly Sanction Scanner, runs a Management Trainee programme in Istanbul for final-year students. You join full-time while finishing your degree and work in our Üsküdar office five days a week in one track.

There are no rotations; from week one you do real work with real targets and aim to join the team permanently after graduation. We are a scaleup serving banks and fintechs with AI tools and automation, offering a fast, hands-on career path in six tracks: Sales, Marketing, Software

• Fluent in English and Turkish; able to work in a fast-changing scaleup environment.

complead, formerly Sanction Scanner, is the financial crime platform we started in Istanbul in 2020. We run sanctions screening, KYC and KYB, transaction monitoring, fraud detection and case management for more than 800 financial institutions in over 80 countries, from payment companies to tier-one banks. The programme

Our Management Trainee programme is for final-year students who do not want to wait until graduation to start their career.

You join us full-time while you finish your degree and work in our Istanbul office five days a week. You apply to one track and you stay in it. There are no rotations: from your first week you do real work with real targets in one team, you go deep and you become very good at one thing. The aim is simple: when you graduate, you join the team permanently in the role you have already been doing.

This is not a classroom programme. We are a scaleup that serves banks and fintechs in Türkiye, Europe and the US with a small team, and AI tools and automation are part of how every team works here. You will learn that way of working from the inside.

Six tracks

• Sales. Research target banks and fintechs with Apollo and AI tools, write outbound sequences, book meetings with compliance teams and sit in on customer calls. By graduation you run your own pipeline.
• Marketing. Produce AI-assisted content, run LinkedIn and newsletter campaigns, work on SEO and marketing automation, and measure what brings in pipeline. By graduation you own channels.
• Software Engineering. Ship code to production on our screening and monitoring platform, using AI coding tools, writing tests and working on APIs and data pipelines. By graduation you own features end to end.
• Product. Talk to customers and sales, write specs, prioritise with engineering, test what ships and measure adoption. By graduation you own a product area.
• Finance. Work on billing and collections, reporting, budgeting and the models behind pricing and growth, and replace manual work with automation. By graduation you own our reporting.
• Customer Success. Onboard banks and fintechs, run training sessions, answer their questions, track usage and spot renewal and upsell chances. By graduation you own a set of accounts.

How you grow

• Month one. Learn our product, our customers and the tools your team uses. Shadow the people who do the job today.
• Months two and three. Run parts of the work yourself, with a weekly target.
• From month four. Own a target, a feature, a process or a set of accounts end to end and report on it every week.
• All the way through. A mentor from the leadership team, a weekly one-to-one and a monthly review with clear goals. You always know where you stand.

Who we are looking for

• You are a final-year undergraduate student, graduating between January and July 2027. Any major is welcome for most tracks. The software track needs strong coding skills, whatever your major.
• You can work full-time, Monday to Friday, in our Üsküdar office. You have no daytime classes left: only a thesis, a graduation project or online or evening courses. If you still attend classes during the week, please apply to a future intake instead.
• You know which track you want and you have something to show for it: an internship, a project, a GitHub repo, a model, a campaign or a club role.
• You use AI tools well beyond homework. You have built, automated or created something with them and you can show it.
• You have started or run something yourself: a club, an event, a competition team, a small business, a side project or a content channel.
• You write and speak English well and you are fluent in Turkish. Most of our customers are outside Türkiye.
• You are comfortable when things change fast. Priorities move in a scaleup and you will often be asked to figure things out.
• You want to build your career with us after you graduate. That is what this programme is designed for.

Before you apply

If you are looking for a classic corporate MT programme with classroom training and a two-year rotation plan, we are not the right fit. If you want early responsibility, real work in one field and to learn faster than you would anywhere else, we would like to hear from you.

How we hire

Four steps, about three weeks end to end: your application (every one is read, and you hear back within a week), a 20-minute first call, a short case for your track that you complete at home in about two hours, and a Sync Day at our office where you meet the team, work on a case with other finalists and have lunch with us. Offers follow within a week of Sync Day.
