Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a senior line engineering leader to own the technology, maintenance and setup for the packaging line. You will be the technical expert for the line, driving TPM, progressive maintenance and centerline settings while managing repairs and the maintenance budget.

You will develop weekly line plans with the planning team, partner with the Asset and Reliability group on improvements, lead training on PM topics, and act as the technology owner in regional forums.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management, manufacturing, and employee planning.
• Inventory management experience.
• Familiarity with TPM or IL6S processes.

Responsibilities

• Own technology, process and centerline settings for the equipment; manage Progressive Maintenance & R&M budget.
• Develop, own and execute the line's weekly plans with planning department.
• Partner with Asset and Reliability teams for improvements and change management; act as site technology owner in forums.
• Be a trainer on PM-related subjects for the plant.
