Job summary

Cimri is seeking a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer/Data Scientist to build high-throughput, low-latency ML systems. You’ll work on NLP for product matching, image search, and deduplication, in a fully distributed, microservice architecture hosted on AWS.

Strong Python, ML, and MLOps skills are required. You will design, implement, and maintain FastAPI-based ML services, collaborate on research outputs, and contribute to production-grade modeling experiments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Machine Learning/Data Science.
• Experience building NLP solutions for matching, classification, search, or recommendation.
• Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Familiarity with data science libraries (Scikit-Learn, Numpy, Pandas) and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience in MLOps, including Feature Store, Model Serving design, and operations.
• Experience in backend service development and REST API design using Python frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Strong foundation in computer science and statistics.

Role Summary

• Experience with Triton Inference Server and Go is a plus.
