Job summary

Chanel Istinye Park Boutique seeks a Stockist to support stock area organization, proper placement of deliveries and assist the Sales team in moving products from the warehouse. The position is based in İstanbul Istinye Park Boutique and reports to the Boutique Operations Manager.

You will ensure accurate stock processes, coordinate product transfers, and maintain an organised warehouse to support a premier client experience in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of similar role experience in luxury or high-end fashion retail.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Native Turkish with fluent English and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-store settlement of products received by the Stock Manager.
• Prepare products to be transferred and place incoming products.
• Organise the warehouse as guided by the Stock Manager and maintain order.
• Organise the warehouse of package materials and move them to the boutique.
• Move products from warehouses to shelves to support sales and return unsold items to warehouse.
• Comply with all stock-related procedures and internal Chanel policies.
