• You are in your final year of studies (BA/MA) or already graduated.
• You are studying (or completed) a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or have an interest in developing a career in logistics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships within cross-functional organizations.
• Systematic way of working, ability to analyze, teamwork, and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
• Upper-Intermediate English and fluent Turkish language.

Responsibilities

• Carry out order management for a specific customer/account group.
• Enter orders, process changes, monitor order status, and prepare delivery reports.
• Provide consultancy, delivery time, availability, and technical support to customers.
• Act as the customer's sole point of contact for inquiries and escalations; manage escalations until resolved.
• Provide continuous customer support in all communications.
• Track, expedite, and notify customers about backorders.
• Stock entry of inbound goods.
• Enter and follow up on parts claims.
• Set insurance certificates related to imports deliveries.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• We are waiting for applications from candidates who can work in our office in Istanbul / Tuzla on a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (after the training period).

• You are currently in your final year of studies (BA / MA) or already graduated from the University.

• You are studying (or completed) a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, but if you graduated with a degree in another discipline and have an interest in developing your professional career in logistics, we would be glad to hear from you;

• You have strong communication skills and can set up relationships within cross-functional organizations.
