The role focuses on launching critical projects, ensuring orders meet quality and safety standards, and using data analysis to optimize logistics. You will work with multiple stakeholders to minimize risk while maintaining Amazon’s high service quality.

Qualifications

Key job responsibilities

• Ensure the launch of critical last mile projects with stakeholders and partners
• Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
• Track performance closely and engage with partners/ stakeholders to address common issues
• Help to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization
• With a mix of operational and program expertise the Logistics Specialist works with various stakeholders to support, monitor and drive resolution of operational call outs to minimize the overall business risk and maintaining the high Amazon quality bar.
