Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Superior written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in corporate environment.
• Ability to work independently and with multiple stakeholders on an international level.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of multiple localization and translation projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate all project phases, from initiation to delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
• Collaborate with Sales/Client Services to define project scope, timelines, and requirements.
• Communicate with a global network of vendors to negotiate rates, assign tasks and deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Track project status and proactively identify and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, including cost tracking, gross margins and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
• Perform quality control checks at various stages and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Complete all other tasks assigned by the manager/supervisor.
