Job summary

UNDP Türkiye is seeking a Project Associate to support the Climate Change and Environment Portfolio under the EU Partnership for Local Climate Action in Türkiye project. The role focuses on day-to-day project administration, planning, budgeting, procurement, and reporting, working closely with the Project Manager and national/international stakeholders.

The PA will ensure timely delivery of outputs, coordinate logistics, and assist with site-level activities, with a starting date in November

Qualifications

• Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Experience in project cycle management and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project management.
• Prepare AWPs, annual budgets, and procurement plans under supervision.
• Coordinate project activities, meetings, trainings, and stakeholder consultations; support hybrid/online formats.
• Draft progress reports and essential documentation; liaise with project partners and stakeholders.
