Zachry Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to safely and efficiently operate a loader for subgrade and roadway materials across our plant and dirt work operations.

Responsibilities include performing pre-shift inspections, supporting production, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure material flow while upholding safety standards. Must have four years of heavy equipment experience and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience operating heavy equipment, including loaders.
• Proficiency in loader operation for material handling and site preparation.
• Physical ability to work on uneven terrain and climb equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate a loader to move and load subgrade and roadway materials.
• Support plant operations and general dirt work as assigned.
• Follow safety rules and procedures at all times.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure proper functionality.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure smooth material flow.
