Job summary

Mondaine de Pariso Istanbul is seeking an LED Operator to join its Entertainment team on site at Tersane Istanbul, a premier waterfront destination project in Istanbul. The role focuses on operating the LED wall and integrated displays during live performances and DJ shows.

You will execute show cues, monitor LED system performance, and coordinate with performers and the technical team to ensure seamless live entertainment. Evening/weekend work and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of video systems, video installations, video switchers, and cabling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and ability to troubleshoot basic computer and network issues.
• Experience with LED wall setup, operation, and basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate the main stage LED wall and LED display integrated into the piano during live performances and Resident DJ shows.
• Execute show cues accurately according to the production timeline and schedule.
• Coordinate the operation of the rotating piano platform during designated moments of the show.
• Monitor the performance of all LED systems before, during, and after each show.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of LED walls and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate with the technical team when necessary.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in excellent working condition and complies with safety standards.
• Work closely with performers, DJs, stage managers, and the technical team to deliver seamless live entertainment experiences.
