Job summary

The role drives digital transformation of warehouse processes, including lean methods, AI integration, and automation to achieve safety and quality. You will oversee ERP/WMS transactions, support inbound/outbound logistics, supervise staff, and report KPIs like on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or related field.
• 3+ years in warehouse Operations, materials management, or logistics in manufacturing.
• Experience with digital transformation, AI, or automation in warehouse/inventory management.
• Familiarity with SAP or any warehouse management ERP systems.
• Understanding of health, safety, and quality standards in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end warehouse operations for material flow and storage optimization.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives in warehouse processes (lean, AI, automation).
• Ensure on-time supply to production lines and customers with improved systems.
• Oversee ERP/WMS transactions and ensure accurate system records.
• Monitor KPIs: inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, space utilization, efficiency.
