Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Lead Software Test Automation Engineer to extend its Industry X technical test team. You will lead a team of test engineers, design automated testing frameworks, and collaborate with global development groups to ensure top quality software deliverables.

The role emphasizes mentoring, framework development, and staying current with industry trends, while participating in international projects and a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of test engineers.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
