HubX is seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager to own the social media strategy and brand impact across our portfolio of consumer apps. You will lead a talented team, shape content strategy, and define creative direction to elevate our online presence and engagement.

You will stay at the forefront of platform trends, experiment with new formats, and collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Creative teams to drive growth and quality content that resonates with diverse audiences globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media, brand, content, or digital marketing in consumer tech or fast-moving environments.
• Proven experience owning social media presence and creative direction for a brand or portfolio.
• Experience leading a team and setting a high creative bar with actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own the social media strategy, quality, and brand impact across HubX’s portfolio of consumer apps.
• Define content strategy, creative direction, visual language, and tone for each app.
• Lead and develop the Social Media team, establishing workflows and high-quality execution.
• Review health of social accounts, identify gaps, and translate into actionable direction.
• Stay connected to global social media culture, trends, and emerging formats.
• Build an experimentation culture and use performance signals to scale successful formats.
• Define and track account-level objectives and success metrics.
