Job summary

The Plains Tire & Auto is seeking a highly skilled, full-time Master Technician to perform complex repairs and oversee quality across repairs and maintenance. You will train other technicians while ensuring every job meets high standards of accuracy and safety.

Applicants should be ASE Certified Master Technicians, at least 18, with a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work across many vehicle makes and models. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• ASE certification as Master Technician is required.
• Ability to diagnose complex vehicle systems across makes/models.
• Willingness to train and mentor other technicians.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of complex repairs across multiple makes and models.
• Inspect the work of other technicians to ensure high quality standards.
• Train other technicians on proper service procedures and techniques.
• Ensure all work orders are completed accurately and notes are well organized.
• Maintain safe work practices and thorough documentation.
