Job summary

Edari is seeking a Full Stack Lead to own the architecture, development, and delivery of a next-generation trading platform for a client in Turkey. This is a permanent role within the Technology Department reporting to the Head of Engineering.

The ideal candidate will lead web and mobile development with React, React Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native microservices, delivering secure, high-performance financial applications while mentoring the team and aligning with product, QA, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in a Lead or Senior Technical role.
Expert-level experience with React, TypeScript, and React Native.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express, NestJS, or similar backend frameworks.
Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Strong PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and performance tuning experience.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
Proven experience developing real-time applications using WebSockets, event streaming, or messaging technologies.
Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and application security principles.
Experience integrating with third-party APIs, financial systems, or trading platforms is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, or similar technologies is advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end technical design, development, and deployment of the trading platform across web and mobile channels.
Define and own the platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Design and develop responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.
Lead the development of React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and microservices architecture.
Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL databases for high-volume transactional workloads.
Implement real-time data streaming and event-driven solutions using WebSockets and messaging technologies.
Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code solutions.
Ensure adherence to security best practices, regulatory requirements, and software engineering standards.
Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering excellence across the team.
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, UX/UI, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
