Job summary

OAK’S LAB is a leading product development partner delivering web and mobile applications from Prague with a distributed team across Türkiye and Europe. We seek a Fullstack Engineer who blends creativity with strong problem-solving and deep technical expertise.

You’ll contribute to building and scaling digital products for clients, collaborating with a cross-functional team including a Tech Lead, Product Manager, Designer, and engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building digital products with Node.js and React.
• Proficient in Javascript/Typescript.
• Fluent English.
• Focus on code quality.
• Willing to learn new technologies and apply AI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive with a team, Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Python is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and version high-quality web and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Be accountable for an area of the application and its delivery.
• Understand user needs to prioritize value and functionality.
• Ensure security and scalability requirements are met.
• Write clean and scalable code.
