Job summary

Joinimagine is seeking a senior graphic designer with a strong track record in product marketing to lead graphic development for ranges and seasonal collections. You will translate concepts into compelling visuals while collaborating with development teams to ensure technical feasibility.

The role blends design execution with product storytelling, data-driven marketing support, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced environment. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design and/or product marketing.
• Experience in apparel, sportswear or performance product industries preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of graphics across ranges and seasonal product collections.
• Translate product concepts into clear and impactful visual executions.
• Define the balance between sport, fashion, and culture through creative design solutions.
• Self-manage own creative process and execute towards given directions.
• Develop product-focused visual assets for presentations, milestones, and internal communication; visualize designs with 3D tools.
• Execute design work according to the visual language and brand CI guidelines.
• Collaborate with Development teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.
• Drive continuous improvement of graphic execution standards and tools within the Creation Center.
• Ensure proper handover of tech packs into development (sketches, fabrics, trims, artworks).
• Maintain accurate and complete product master data for GTM and sales readiness.
