Job summary

ICterra Information and Communication Technologies seeks an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to drive CI/CD, automation, and operations across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.

Based in Istanbul/Beşiktaş with global projects, the role focuses on Kubernetes, IaC, monitoring, and security, shaping scalable infrastructure and reliable production systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on DevOps or platform engineering experience.
• Strong Kubernetes experience in on-prem and cloud environments.
• CI/CD tools such as ArgoCD, Azure DevOps, Git; experience with Azure, etc.
• Experience with Java and Node.js.
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana.
• IaC tools such as Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Understanding of HTTP, TLS, REST; Kafka or RabbitMQ; relational DBs.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and improve Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery environments,
• Building automated tasks for environment,
• Designing and building processes for developing and deploying scalable, robust applications on cloud and on-premises environments,
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with the developers,
• Ensure the performance, security, and responsiveness of environment,
• Improving system performance with bringing new ideas,
