Job summary

Beko in Istanbul invites applications for a Payments/Treasury role focused on processing supplier and service payments, SAP entry, and bank reconciliation. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payment execution, while supporting supplier financing activities and spend controls.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance or treasury, SAP experience (TRM preferred), and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance, treasury, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics.
• Experience with SAP, preferably TRM module.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Attention to detail with organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of factoring and supplier financing is a plus.
• Flexible and open to diversity and new perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute supplier, service, import, and factoring payments.
• Prepare payment files, submit to banks, and ensure timely execution.
• Record payments in SAP and ensure accuracy.

• Prepare payment files, submit them to banks, and ensure timely execution,
• Record payments in the SAP system and ensure accuracy,
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment processing,
• Handle monthly accounting reconciliation processes, ensuring alignment between financial records,
• Assist with managing supplier financing operations, including factoring and other payment solutions.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, treasury, or a related field, Bachelor’s degree in Finance,
• Economics, or a related discipline,
• Experience with SAP is required, preferably with TRM module,
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments,
• Close attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,
• Understanding of factoring and supplier financing methods is a plus,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
