Job summary

FlatMind Games in Turkey is seeking a motivated 2D game artist to own the visual identity of our mobile puzzle titles. You will create game pieces, UI, icons, and store-ready art that ships globally and appears in the numbers the same week.

You should have 1–2 years of 2D mobile game art, a strong portfolio, and daily proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with Unity and AI-assisted workflows is a plus; we value quality over quantity.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of 2D game art for mobile; hybrid-casual puzzle is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile game art.
• Proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator on a daily basis.
• Experience with Unity and AI-assisted workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D assets for live games — game pieces, boosters, obstacles, level map art, UI elements, pop-ups, icons
• Design new puzzle elements that read instantly — a player should know what a piece does before anyone explains it
• Keep a consistent visual style across a game and across updates
• Produce store and ad creatives that actually convert, and iterate on what the data says
• Work directly in Unity — import, atlas, sprite setup, see your art in the build yourself
• Tear apart the art of top hybrid-casual games. Yes, on work hours. Yes, that counts as work.
