Job summary

Zella Technologies, a leading MSP and MSP-like provider, seeks a hands-on Support & Systems Engineer to own Level 2 and 3 tickets, lead migrations, and improve support operations. The role covers Windows, Linux, networking, VoIP, and cloud/identity platforms, with on-call rotations as needed.

You will drive complex troubleshooting, manage AD hybrid environments, and coordinate cloud migrations, while building robust documentation and SOPs across ITGlue, Hudu, and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and Linux systems.
• Strong networking troubleshooting across firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and routing.
• Experience with Active Directory including GPOs and OUs (hybrid setups).
• VoIP troubleshooting knowledge (SIP, PBX, Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX).
• Familiar with cloud platforms and identity systems (Azure AD Entra ID, Okta).
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Own Level 2 and Level 3 support tickets and drive resolution.
• Lead system and tenant migrations with minimal downtime.
• Manage SLAs and KPIs; improve documentation and support processes.
• Oversee support operations and on-call rotations as needed.
• Configure and maintain enterprise network devices (MikroTik, Juniper).
• Plan and execute cloud and identity migrations (GA to Entra ID, Exchange Online).
• Maintain IT documentation in ITGlue, Hudu, and Confluence.
