Job summary

HUMAN KAPİTAL İnsan Kaynakları ve Danışmanlık Hiz.Ltd. seeks a Knitting Production Supervisor to ensure end-to-end management of knitting production, achieving efficiency, quality, and sustainability targets.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in knitting production, strong team leadership, and excellent analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and English. Relocation to Tekirdağ is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in knitting production processes.
• Strong experience in team management and shopfloor operations.
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Competent in reporting and performance tracking.
• Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
• Disciplined in time management.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B) and active driving.
• Residing in Tekirdağ region or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achieving efficiency targets by utilizing production factors effectively.
• Plan daily workflow, assign tasks, and coordinate operations.
• Establish, develop, and actively follow production processes and workflows.
• Optimize the use of raw materials, machinery, equipment, and workforce.
• Analyze production issues and manage resolution processes.
• Prepare KPI reports and present them regularly to top management.
• Participate in quality meetings and ensure necessary actions are taken.
• Control machine settings and implement improvements affecting quality.
• Prepare standard operating procedures, ensure implementation through training, and conduct audits.
• Take an active role in continuous improvement activities (efficiency, quality, cost).
• Manage performance measurement and improvement processes.
