Job summary

Zoomlion Türkiye on the European side of Istanbul seeks a Key Account Sales Specialist to manage strategic accounts and drive sales of Zoomlion construction machinery.

You will build long-term partnerships, travel as needed, lead account strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs while delivering customer-focused solutions. English proficiency and a valid Class B license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in construction machinery or heavy equipment preferred.
• Experience in key account management or handling strategic customers.
• English proficiency preferred.
• Valid Class B driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with relationship management capabilities.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
• Take ownership of sales, marketing, and promotion of Zoomlion construction machinery within assigned key accounts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and meet defined KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand customer portfolio.
• Conduct regular visits and maintain strong engagement with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement account strategies aligned with overall sales objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and coordinating sales actions accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and report regularly to the line manager.
• Contribute to brand awareness and positioning through effective communication and customer engagement.
