Junior Financial Analyst

Are you at the beginning of your career and looking to grow in an international environment? We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team and support financial analysis and value recovery projects across retail and industrial sectors.

What You'll Do

• Analyze purchasing, financial, and operational data from multiple sources.
• Review contracts, commercial agreements, purchase orders, invoices, and financial records to identify revenue leakage opportunities.
• Support financial analysis by identifying discrepancies and validating commercial calculations.
• Investigate financial recovery opportunities across client and supplier data.
• Communicate with vendors regarding claim processes and follow up on recovery actions.
• Prepare reports, present findings, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams in an international environment.

What We're Looking For

• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Financial Analysis, or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience as an Accountant is required.
• Exposure to financial analysis or financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English and Turkish.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
