As a recent graduate, you will receive full mentorship and training, with a planned progression toward a Growth Manager role. This full-time position is based in Mersin, Türkiye, offering hands-on experience in mobile game growth.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of data analysis and a strong willingness to learn.
• Good command of SQL and Excel / Google Sheets.
• Interest in the mobile gaming industry and growth dynamics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze player data from our games and interpret key KPIs (LTV, retention, ROAS, CPI, and more)
• Evaluate campaign performance alongside the User Acquisition team and recommend optimizations
• Plan and analyze A/B testing processes
• Spot growth opportunities by collaborating with product, marketing, and live-ops teams
• Build the strategic and operational skill set needed to step into a Growth Manager role over time
