Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, life sciences, pharmacy, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in content creation, marketing, digital marketing, communications, pharmaceutical industry, life sciences, FMCG, healthcare, advertising, or agency environment.
• Initial exposure to content localization, copywriting, digital campaign execution, or project coordination is preferred.
• Interest in pharmaceutical marketing, omnichannel engagement, customer experience, and compliant content development.
• Ability to understand brand objectives and support adaptation of approved messages into clear, compliant content.
• Baseline understanding of content marketing, digital channels, and omnichannel engagement; eager to learn.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented; open to feedback and learning.
• Strong communication in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Content Specialist and support localization, review, and delivery of compliant content for the Turkish Affiliate.
• Assist in preparing and updating campaign materials based on approved messages.
• Coordinate content production steps, MLR submissions, approval tracking, and documentation.
• Learn and use content platforms/workflows like Veeva PromoMats, CRM Approved Emails, Marketo Mails, and others.
• Contribute to campaign execution by drafting materials and adapting content for channels.
• Support omnichannel execution under team guidance.
• Follow local and global processes for content planning, creation, production, review, and distribution.
• Adapt and reuse approved global assets to local needs with Brand guidance.
• Support content excellence initiatives and basic performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and agencies.
