Description

Take the first step in your career in data analytics and business intelligence with us. We are seeking a motivated final-year student or recent graduate to join our remote team in Turkey . This entry-level role is a chance to learn, grow, and work on BI, analytics, and AI-focused projects. With no more than 2 years of experience and a passion for data-driven problem solving, you could be the perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development: Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Data Analysis: Explore data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with consultants to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
• AI & ML Exposure: Contribute to projects involving machine learning or AI, including academic-style ML initiatives.
• Continuous Learning: Stay curious and proactive, keeping up with new tools, methods, and best practices in BI and analytics.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate (max. 2 years of experience) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field .
• Foundational knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python (R is a plus).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Curiosity about AI/ML concepts and willingness to learn in applied projects.
• Professional English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Eagerness to grow in a global consultancy environment .
