Job summary

CNX is seeking an On-Prem Infrastructure Engineer in İzmir to support and optimize enterprise datacenter infrastructure. You will manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, GPOs, PKI, and IIS, while maintaining Hyper‑V/VMware virtualization and storage arrays.

Responsibilities include on-call support, disaster recovery planning, and documentation updates. English and Turkish proficiency required; bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Windows Server management in enterprise/datacenter settings.
• Strong knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI, IIS, and core Windows Server roles.
• 3+ years of virtualization admin with Hyper-V and/or VMware vSphere/ESXi.
• Experience with enterprise storage (SAN/NAS, iSCSI, NFS, SMB).
• Solid backup/restore, DR, patching, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and efficiency.
• Security hardening and compliance frameworks preferred (ISO, NIST, CIS).

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimize enterprise datacenter infrastructure.
• Manage Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI, IIS.
• Administer Hyper-V and VMware vSphere/ESXi, clusters, and vMotion.
• Handle SAN/NAS storage provisioning, replication, and performance tuning.
• Coordinate with backup teams for restore validation and DR activities.
• Monitor, patch, harden, and tune servers, VMs, and storage.
• Provide 3rd‑level support for complex incidents; maintain docs & SOPs.
• Participate in regular 1:1s with manager/direct reports; on-call as needed.
