Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an On-Prem Infrastructure Engineer to support and optimize enterprise datacenter environments in Turkey. You will manage Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V, VMware, storage, backup, and core services with on-call support to ensure high availability.

The role emphasizes building a stable, secure, and high-performing on-premises infrastructure. You will document configurations and collaborate with IT teams to support critical applications in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Windows Server administration in enterprise/datacenter environments.
• Strong knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI, IIS, and core Windows Server roles.
• 3+ years virtualization experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware vSphere/ESXi.
• Experience with storage (SAN/NAS), backups, and disaster recovery.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with security hardening and compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, or CIS preferred).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation outside standard hours.
• VMware, Microsoft, or Hyper-V certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments in enterprise datacenters.
• Manage AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI, IIS, and File & Print Services.
• Maintain Hyper-V and VMware vSphere/ESXi clusters.
• Support SAN/NAS storage provisioning and optimization.
• Collaborate with backup teams on DR/BC activities.
• Monitor, patch, harden, and tune servers and storage.
• Provide 3rd-level support for complex incidents.
• Maintain documentation and operational SOPs.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
