Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to maintain and improve IT infrastructure across the home site and remote locations. You will work with business teams, fellow engineers, and on-call support to ensure systems run smoothly and meet KPIs and SLAs.

You will be the escalation point for technical issues, interface with stakeholders, and lead site projects to implement new technology and improvements. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM) experience.
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation.
• 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI model, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support in a corporate setting.
• Turkish language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT infrastructure and equipment at home site and remote sites.
• Act as escalation point and interface with senior management stakeholders.
• Create, review and execute change requests and project plans.
• Provide direction to IT Support Technicians and manage tickets.
• Occasional travel to sites as needed.
