Job summary

Limepack seeks a senior, autonomous Partnership & Sourcing Manager to act as the local representative in Turkey. This is a part-time, freelance role with remote work from Istanbul and regular factory visits.

The hourly rate ranges from $30 to $60, based on experience, with reporting to Product Sourcer and CEO. Responsibilities include mapping Istanbul producers, ensuring European compliance, and securing long-term supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Procurement, Sourcing, QA, or SCM.
• Direct manufacturing experience preferred (paper, packaging, printing, FMCG).
• Native Turkish with strong business English; ability to communicate with Danish leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet best Turkish packaging manufacturers.
• Map and research Istanbul-area producers (small to mid-sized).
• Visit factories, audit production, ensure quality controls.
• Bridge EU compliance with Turkish suppliers for food packaging standards.
• Negotiate light terms and position Limepack as a long-term partner.
