Job summary

Calvin Klein Istanbul Outlet, part of PVH, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to drive store performance and deliver exceptional client experiences. Lead a sales team with training, coaching, and feedback while managing back-office, stock, and omnichannel activities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail management, RFID experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Turkish. A dynamic, hybrid environment and brand launches await you.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a structured environment.
• Experience with RFID systems.
• Proficient use of Excel for reporting and stock management.
• Strong organizational and collaborative abilities.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Fluent in English and Turkish; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selling process and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Set daily customer service goals to improve responsiveness and satisfaction.
• Train and coach the team on standards, product placement, and time management.
• Monitor KPIs and use reports to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
• Provide recommendations based on sales performance analysis.
• Collaborate with In-Store Visual for effective display fittings and report impact on sales.
• Support Store Manager in recruitment and development through feedback.
• Communicate company content via morning briefings to the team.
• Coordinate Stock and Back Office teams to ensure optimal stock and mix.
• Ensure product safety in sales floor and stockroom.
• Conduct regular stock checks and communicate stock information promptly.
• Drive sales through merchandise management and daily goal setting.
