Job summary

Asian Development Bank, Ankara, Türkiye, invites applications for Investment Officer in the Private Sector Financial Institutions Division (PSFI) of the Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD). Based at the Ankara Resident Mission, you will support on-boarding and structuring investments in FI entities, working with clients and stakeholders to advance PSFI objectives.

The role emphasizes business development, due diligence, and portfolio handovers, with light travel and close collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with advanced training in finance or management.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in the financial sector.
• Experience in origination and client onboarding.
• Ability to perform financial and operational due diligence and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities and grow the PSFI portfolio in Türkiye.
• Screen credit risk and financial profiles of FI candidates for engagement.
• Manage workflow for financial and operational due diligence of financial institutions.
• Prepare financial analysis and project write-ups for investment approvals.
• Coordinate portfolio handover to PSPM and ensure timely documentation.
• Provide analytical inputs for internal reporting and monitoring of PSFI operations.
