Allianz Türkiye is seeking a senior professional to join our Portfolio Management Group. You will monitor capital markets, manage allocations, and report performance to support strategic asset allocation targets.

You will analyze global markets, coordinate with departments, and ensure timely execution of transactions. Strong Excel, data analytics, and communication skills are essential, with English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Closely follow money and capital markets.
• 8+ years of portfolio management experience in line with strategic asset allocation.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent time management and planning.
• Persuasion skills and results orientation.
• Adaptable and resilient under stress.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge in AI development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Monitor capital markets to evaluate opportunities and track portfolio performance with leadership.
• Manage and report portfolios in line with asset allocation targets.
• Determine asset allocations aligned with liabilities and monitor performance.
• Monitor and report on strategic allocations and bank limits.
• Manage and report investment income during budgeting periods.
• Analyze and report on local and international markets to support decisions.
• Ensure execution of necessary transactions with the Portfolio Management Group Leader.
• Prepare and submit internal department reports.
• Communicate monthly transactions to Accounting via SAP.

What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Closely follow money and capital markets,
• Have at least 8 years of experience in portfolio management in line with strategic asset allocation strategies,
• Have advanced Excel skills,
• Have experience in effective data analysis and reporting,
• Possess strong analytical thinking skills,
• Demonstrate excellent time management and planning skills,
• Have strong persuasion skills and a results-oriented mindset,
• Adaptable and resilient in handling stress and challenges,
• Have strong communication skills and are a team player,
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.),
• Have a good command of English.
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and AI tools

How can you make an impact?

• Monitor capital markets to evaluate alternative investment opportunities, achieve optimal returns, and track portfolio performance in collaboration with the Portfolio Management Group Leader
• Manage and report on the portfolio in line with strategic asset allocation targets.
• Determine asset allocations in alignment with liabilities and continuously monitor their performance.
• Monitor and report on strategic asset allocations and bank limits.
• Manage and report on investment income activities during budgeting periods.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on local and international financial markets to support portfolio management decisions.
• Ensure the execution of necessary transactions in collaboration with the Portfolio Management Group Leader.
• Prepare and submit reports requested by internal departments.
• Communicate monthly transactions to the Accounting Department via SAP.
