DEVA Holding A.Ş. is seeking an International Markets Area Manager to drive export sales across global markets.

The role emphasizes targeting growth in assigned regions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The candidate should have at least 1 year in export sales or account management, a strong English command, and additional languages (Russian, German, French, Spanish, Arabic) are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of export sales or account management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, FMCG or cosmetics sector.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; additional languages (Rus/Ger/Fr/Es/Ar) are required.
• Graduates of Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar disciplines.
• Willingness to travel worldwide and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Setting annual sales targets and identifying production demands of countries and customers.
• Ensuring realization of sales targets in related markets.
• Mediating between customer and company departments and following up regulatory, quality, production and logistic processes.
• Organizing visits to markets and customers and providing market research.

DEVA is seeking for a International Markets Area Manager;

• Graduates of Universities' Business Administration, Economics, Engineering and similar departments
• Min. 1 year of export sales or account management experience, preferably, in pharmaceutical, FMCG or cosmetics sector
• Excellent command of written and spoken English plus any of the below languages is a must; Russian, German, French, Spanish, Arabic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and sales oriented
• Advanced planning and organization skills
• No restriction for worldwide travel
• Military service must be completed for male candidate
