Job summary

WhiteBIT in Turkey seeks an experienced Compliance/AML/KYC professional to monitor MASAK and SPK regulations and file STRs. You will advise onboarding and customer acceptance teams, implement compliance controls, and help maintain internal policies.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, a Compliance License, and at least five years in financial services compliance. You will work within a collaborative team, communicate effectively with regulators, and contribute to continuous improvement of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance, AML/KYC, or related function within a financial institution.
• Completed the Compliance License examination.
• Strong knowledge of MASAK and SPK regulations.
• Hands-on experience in preparing and submitting STRs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in MASAK, SPK regulations and support compliance actions.
• Prepare and submit STRs in accordance with regulations.
• Support Compliance team responding to information requests from SPK, MASAK, and authorities.
• Provide guidance to Onboarding and Customer Acceptance teams on compliance-related matters.
• Support the execution and continuous improvement of compliance processes.
• Assist in implementing, maintaining, and periodic review of internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the management of compliance risks and ensure regulatory obligations are met.

• Assistintheimplementation,maintenance,andperiodicreviewofinternalcompliancepoliciesandprocedures.
• Contributetothemanagementofcompliancerisksandensuretheorganization’sadherencetoregulatoryobligations.
