Enpara.com Internal Audit Department IT Auditor / Senior IT Auditor is needed to join Türkiye's digital banking leader. You will audit IT infrastructure and processes for compliance with regulations, risk policies, and standards while monitoring cyber threats and reporting risks with recommendations.

The role includes helping to prepare the annual audit plan, engaging in IT projects, and maintaining high-quality audit documentation in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS or related fields.
• 2-5 years of IT security, technical auditing of systems, databases and/or web/mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of IT audit regulations and international frameworks (BRSA IT, COBIT, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
• Have or willing to have professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Providing assurance that the bank’s IT infrastructure and processes comply with regulations, risk policies and standards via IT audit activities.
• Monitoring cyber threats, assessing and reporting IT system risk and security with actionable recommendations.
• Following up and reporting actions of deficiencies.
• Contributing to the annual audit plan preparation.
• Participating in IT-related projects to provide consultancy as required.

What are the main responsibilities of the Internal Audit Department IT Auditor / Senior IT Auditor?

• Providing assurance that the bank’s IT infrastructure and processes comply with internal/external regulations, risk policies and corporate standards through IT audit activities
• Monitoring cyber threats, assessing and reporting the IT system risk and security with applicable recommendations
• Following up and reporting actions of deficiencies
• Contributing to the preparation of the annual audit plan
• Participating in IT-related projects within the bank to provide consultancy when required

What kind of knowledge and expertise should the Internal Audit Department IT Auditor / Senior IT Auditor have?

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems or related fields
• 2-5 years of experience in IT security, technical auditing of systems, databases and/or web/mobile applications, security solutions analysis/design or preferably penetration testing,
• Strong understanding of IT audit regulations, standards and international frameworks such as BRSA IT Systems and Electronic Banking Services Regulation, COBIT, ISO 27001, PCI DSS
• Have or willing to have professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or similar
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and ability to prepare audit reports and documentation accurately
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Open to learning, knowledge sharing, and teamwork
