Job summary

Baykar is seeking an Integration Investment and System Development Engineer to join our Integration Analysis and Strategy Team in Türkiye. You will analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and guide the development direction of the integration organization using data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and other units to implement actions, establish new structures, and coordinate multi-team initiatives, supporting medium- and long-term integration

Qualifications

• Graduated from universities in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics, Computer, Manufacturing, or Business Engineering, or analytical fields such as Mathematics and Statistics.
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly analyze complex systems and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the overall performance of integration operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and system gaps based on data.
• Determine organizational needs (team, competencies, equipment, systems).
• Ensure the establishment of missing structures (new teams, new roles).
• Identify and guide the need for external resources, technology, or system procurement when necessary.
• Facilitate coordination between different teams to accelerate the resolution of critical problems.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and other relevant units to ensure organizational alignment.
• Contribute to the creation of medium- and long-term integration development strategies.

At Baykar, integration activities are a critical production function, encompassing the assembly of structural, mechanical, and electronic systems.
Within this scope, the Integration Analysis and Strategy Team is positioned as a unit that analyzes the current state of the integration organization, produces data-driven decisions, and determines the development direction of the organization.
This team does not run operations or write processes.
It analyzes, guides, and drives the organization forward.

To analyze the overall performance of the integration organization, identify critical bottlenecks and deficiencies, define the right actions, and ensure the implementation of these actions by guiding relevant teams.
This role carries the responsibility of producing decisions, determining direction, and accelerating organizational development.
