Job summary

Opella seeks an Innovation Technical Lead to drive end-to-end innovation projects with CMOs and CDMOs, ensuring feasible, cost-conscious manufacturing routes aligned with timelines and quality expectations.

You will lead technical visits, perform due diligence, identify risks, and translate findings into actionable plans. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and strong project management within a global self-care leader.

Qualifications

• Any Science degree; 5+ years of experience in project management.
• 3+ years in production or related field.
• Strong understanding of CMOs/CDMOs and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for innovation projects from concept to launch readiness.
• Lead technical visits to CMOs/CDMOs to assess capabilities and readiness.
• Perform due diligence, assess data, risks and site readiness; propose mitigations.
• Manage end-to-end project plans with cross-functional teams and governance.
