In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted, safe, efficient and sustainable management of all infrastructure, utility facilities and energy systems supporting production and operational continuity, in full compliance with legal regulations, GMP and quality management system requirements. You will report to the Engineering Manager.
Which Profile Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, and cleanroom operations
- Experience in mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems, including HVAC, plumbing and water systems, fire protection systems, and electrical installations
- Knowledge of maintenance and facility management systems such as SAP PM Module and BMS (Building Management Systems)
- Practical experience in implementing and developing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities
- Proficient in written and spoken English
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Managing infrastructure processes in compliance with GMP and ISO standards
- Ensuring the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of electrical, natural gas, and related utility systems
- Developing and implementing infrastructure maintenance and repair strategies
- Planning, controlling, and reporting infrastructure and energy budgets to senior management
- Preparing infrastructure investment budgets and monitoring in‑year performance
- Leading energy efficiency, cost‑saving, sustainability‑focused projects, and alternative energy investments
- Driving continuous improvement projects based on energy consumption and efficiency analyses
- Managing internal and external audits and ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Tracking and ensuring the completion of inspections, measurements and periodic controls required by legislation
- Overseeing technical specifications, procurement, installation and commissioning of infrastructure systems
- Ensuring the optimization of infrastructure equipment inventory and spare parts management
- Evaluating and implementing infrastructure investment and improvement projects
- Managing measurement, monitoring and reporting processes within the scope of the Environmental Management System
