Job summary

Confidential in Marmara Region seeks an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to drive on-prem and cloud projects. You will develop new services, manage data analysis and model training workflows, and help shape the company's AI strategy.

Responsibilities include scripting, documentation, incident and change management, capacity planning, and sizing for new projects. You will collaborate with multinational teams and vendors to maintain reliable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Infrastructure Administrator experience.
• Hands-on with backup/recovery solutions.
• Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Administer virtualization platforms (VMware Cloud Foundation, Hyper‑V, Nutanix).
• Knowledge of cloud and AI basics.

Responsibilities

• Write scripts using shell, Perl or similar.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and diagrams.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management.
• Perform capacity planning and CAPEX/OPEX input.
• Contribute to infrastructure design and sizing for new projects.
