  • Deliver operational improvement plans in a complex market environment with legal, fiscal, regulatory and technology maturity considerations.
  • Develop robust multi-year technology investment plans aligned with business strategy and operational priorities.
  • Operate as an active member of country business leadership forums, contributing to executive-level decisions and cross-functional priorities.
  • Balance strategic transformation with day-to-day service performance, risk management and business continuity expectations.
  • Navigate the balance between local market requirements and broader group direction, ensuring solutions remain practical for the market while compliant with enterprise standards.
Leadership Dimensions
  • Direct leadership of around 10 team members.
  • Leadership of an extended Information and Digital Technology team of more than 35 people across internal and partner resources.
