Qualifications

• At least three years of professional experience in software engineering, AI engineering or machine learning engineering.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related technical discipline.
• Strong programming skills and professional experience building backend services or APIs.
• Proven experience building and deploying production AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Model integration and deployment; Retrieval-augmented generation; AI agents and tool calling; LLM evaluation; Semantic search and embeddings; Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI exploration and validation to translate business challenges into testable AI use cases.
• Build prototypes and benchmarks to assess technical feasibility and business value.
• Develop AI services, APIs, orchestration components and integration layers.
• Create and maintain RAG pipelines using enterprise data.
• Ensure security, access controls and production readiness of AI applications.
• Collaborate on backend and frontend tasks to deliver end-to-end features.
