Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to execute the brand’s VM strategy in-store with a focus on product storytelling, display, and guest experience. The role drives sell-through and ensures the store reflects the company’s visual language.

Based in Istinye Park, City’s or Zorlu, the position requires collaboration with store leadership, on-floor training, and a strong eye for detail to create world-class presentations and guest-centric experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, or space planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation.
• Execute compelling product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips: window activations, signage, mannequin styling, seasonal updates.
• Provide on-floor coaching on brand standards and display techniques to teammates.
