Job summary

Bayer is seeking a senior legal professional in Türkiye to provide strategic legal advice to the Pharma and Radiology divisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, support M&A and compliance projects, and help navigate competition and data privacy considerations.

The role requires a Turkish Bar-registered lawyer with 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in-house at a multinational pharma company.

Qualifications

Law degree from a reputable university in Türkiye.
Qualified lawyer registered with the Turkish Bar Association.
Minimum 8 years of legal experience, preferably in-house in multinational pharma companies.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical device, competition, contract and labor law.
Experience with data privacy law (KVKK) and corporate law.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic legal advice to Bayer Pharma and Radiology units to support business targets and ensure regulatory compliance.
Draft, review and negotiate various agreements and legal documents.
Support M&A and compliance projects while handling day-to-day matters.
