Job summary

Çolakoğlu Group seeks a senior financial reporting professional to prepare stand-alone and consolidated IFRS/TFRS statements. You will coordinate external audits and monitor IFRS changes while delivering management reports and insightful analyses. The role drives digitalization and automation in reporting.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in similar roles, a Big Four background, and strong Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, with SAP experience preferred. Based in Turkey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles.
• Big Four audit background is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/TFRS and Group Consolidation principles
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP and consolidation/reporting systems is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual stand alone & consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS/TFRS.
• Coordinate external audit activities and act as the primary contact for auditors.
• Monitor changes in IFRS standards and assess their impact on the Group.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses and executive presentations.
• Deliver ad-hoc reports and detailed variance analyses with insightful commentary,
• Lead finance process improvement, digitalization and reporting automation initiatives.
