Job summary

WE Soda is seeking a capable finance professional to lead IFRS/TFRS reporting, consolidation, and internal financial analyses in Türkiye. You will coordinate with departments, prepare trial balances, and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliant financial statements.

The role requires up-to-date IFRS/TFRS knowledge, 2+ years Big4 exposure preferred, strong Excel skills, and fluent English for global communication. A solid analytical mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
• Up to 5 years of experience in Finance and Reporting, including at least 2 years at a Big4 firm.
• Technical knowledge of IFRS/TFRS and consolidation experience.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• SAP/S4HANA experience is an asset.
• IAS 29 reporting experience is a plus.
• CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and yearly stand-alone and consolidated financial reports in accordance with IFRS and TFRS
• Coordinate with various departments and prepare recurring working trial balances and financial reporting packages
• Review financial performance and position of Group and its subsidiaries and ensure their financial statements are in line with Group Accounting Policies and IFRS/TFRS
• Ad hoc support on transactions with regards to IFRS/TFRS financial statements and analysis
• Communicate with various parties including external auditors and valuation firms
• Work with finance team to produce internal financial reports
